Confirmation is instant; self check-in instructions arrive 24 hours before arrival.

Three rate plans are available on every stay: Standard (best rate, non-refundable, 10 % off the base rate), Flexible (free cancellation per terms), and Deposit (pay 50 % now and 50 % closer to check-in). The total you see at checkout is the total Stripe charges — to the cent, no hidden fees.

Payments are processed via Stripe and support all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus regional methods like Klarna, Revolut Pay, and iDEAL where available. All prices are in EUR including Portuguese VAT.
