Booking, pricing, and stay options

Pricing is set per night based on real-time availability from our channel manager and is shown transparently in your booking summary before checkout. Three rate options are available on every stay: a non-refundable Standard rate (best price), a Flexible rate with free cancellation, and a Deposit rate that lets you pay 50% now and the remaining balance closer to check-in. Long stays of one month or more receive additional monthly discounts. Payment is processed securely through Stripe with support for cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

The site is available in English, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. For longer engagements such as company retreats, team offsites, or extended monthly stays, we offer whole-house bookings and custom checkout links via the property team.
